Leadership Development Series

Twice a year, managers across THC convene for a day-long seminar that addresses educational needs of managerial level staff of all disciplines. Sponsorship by exhibitors defrays the cost of these programs.  In past events, we have provided education on the following topics: customer service, staff motivation, team effectiveness, generational diversity, time management, personal motivation, problem solving and decision making, employment law, dealing with difficult people, and effective business communication.
