Leadership Development Series 2011 in Review

We were very pleased with our recent Leadership Development Series conference held on October 17 at Portneuf Medical Center.  We had John Kalb from Kootenai Medical Center present on the topic of Lean Six Sigma and Change Management.  Mr. Kalb provided an overivew of both programs and introduced tools to make it successful from a team approach.
